It's likely spam, designed to trick you into thinking the message is from Apple, and aiming to steal your account credentials when you click any link to 'update your payment method'.
Do not click any links in the message, and delete the email.
Probably because someone's trying to mislead you into giving them your personal information. If desired, check manually instead of through any links in those emails.
