Why some images cannot be rotated?
Some do, and some dont - any idea why? And cmd-click does not work. The spinny thing doesnt work. Can move the image but not flip or rotate.
What version of Pages on what Apple device are you using?
We are not clairvoyant and would like to know what specific image type fails to rotate or flip for you. I have never found an image that Pages can open that would not respond to those controls — unless you have the page's object placement set to Stay on Page and the image Locked. Then it is frozen, and you will not be able to manipulate it until the image is unlocked on the Arrange panel.
The "spinny thing" has absolutely no meaning to us. Explain what that is in more detail.
