iTunes sound issue on Windows PC connected USB headset

I can't get itunes sound out of my USB headset (Jabra 9450)

with a Windows PC. Volume is turned up,

a song is playing in iTunes, and it is my default device. Browser sounds work just fine.

itunes (v 12.12) will not switch my computer speakers from internal to externally connected headsets I have the updated software version, I am using Windows 11, the internal speakers switch with other applications. Drivers are up to date with RealTek internal speakers. I see the Headphones listed and even when I manually switch the speakers, iTunes still plays with the speakers that were selected when I opened the application. Basically, if I need to switch speakers, I have to close iTunes, select the speakers and then open iTunes again. NOTE: When I use my external SONOS speakers, this does not occur - it uses the line in from SONOS perfectly. It seems to occur when I am using other speakers from the USB port or Bluetooth. Can you assist? Thank you for your assistance!

ITunes and Windows 11 My external speakers are not working with Windows 11. iTunes will only play through the laptop speakers and not the external speakers or headset.

bad sound quality from itunes on a PC I have my Airpods (2nd generation) connected to my work PC. Works great for Teams calls, etc. However, the sound quality from iTunes on the PC is horrible. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
