After updating to iOS 18 my health information is gone. The app doesn’t show in iCloud.

I have updated all my devices to 18.3.1 but since the original update, my health information is gone. When I open my iCloud account, the health app symbol isn’t even there. How can I recover all of this?

Health app won’t load past the “Welcome to Health screen Basically what the title says. I have tried reinstalling the Health app and restarting my iPhone. I have also wiped my second phone and set it up again (with my iCloud) but the issue persisted. The app only works if I don’t sign into my iCloud or if I dont let the data from iCloud sync with the Health app. Also, if I go into Settings->Apple account->iCloud->Saved to iCloud->Health->Manage storage and try to “Delete Data from iCloud” nothing happens? Apple Health App stuck on "Downloading your health data from iCloud". I updated my iPhone 14 Pro Max to iOS 17.1 and since then (several days now) the Apple Health App is stuck downloading my info from iCloud. I use Apple Health to help run a medical device so this is vitally important to fix. Any ideas?? I have force closed the app multiple times and I have restarted my phone as well. Nothing has worked.
