All of a sudden my daughters screen time shows zero usage kn her phone and on my phone as the parent tracking her.

If you reset your device to factory defaults, all Screen Time data—including usage history and app limits—will be erased. Similarly, if you disable Screen Time and then re-enable it, the usage statistics will reset to zero, as Screen Time does not retain past data once it's turned off. However, if Screen Time is linked to a Family Sharing account, parents may still see some historical data before it was disabled.
