Image Playground doesn't work on Mac Studio running macOS 15.3

I'm on Mac OS 15.3 On a Studio Mac. Opened Image Playground and Error message says Photo Library Unavailable Open Photos to use Image Playground. Opened Photos and no joy. How doe this work?

Image Playground cannot access my photos on one mac but can on the other I tried Image Playground on an M1 Max Mac Studio and it was able to use my Photos library. However, on my M4 Pro MBP it cannot. Both Macs are running Sequoia 15.2. I tried turning Apple Intelligence off and on a few times. There are plenty of persons and pets in my Photos library, and they do appear on the Mac Studio, but on the MBP all I get is this: Any suggestions? TIA
