Unable to move directory to another folder in One Drive on iPad

Hi everyone , is someone can help me with this issue ? I have a Ipad Pro 11 inches 14th generation with the version of Ipad OS : 18.3.1 and there is a issue on One Drive where I'm not able to move folder to a other folder. The folder just stay in the same place and is not moving to the folder I wanted to be .

I tried to disconnect and reconnect the account and delete and reinstall the One Drive app but the issue is still there . The version of the One Drive is 16.4.5.

This issue appear since the update of Ipad OS to 18.3. I tested on a older version on a other Ipad like IPAD OS 16 and the issue is not there . Did someone know when this issue will be fix or face this issue before ?
