Keyboard dictation stopped working on my iPhone 8 Plus
In four apps, Message, Notes, Messenger and Dictionary, the keyboard dictation stopped working. However, the mic works in Dictionary at the top of the screen, plus Siri responds so the mic works. I've oerformed all the suggested steps in the previous community threads i.e. confirm dictation is on, toggled it off/on, power cycle phone. 8 Plus ios is 16.7.10. Do I have a motherboard issue?
