How can I download an older version of Netflix for incompatible iOS on iPad mini?

The available version of the Netflix App requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later. If you cannot download the Netflix App from your iPad mini, there are no older/compatible versions of the App available for download.

Unfortunately, your only viable options are to (a) forgo reinstallation of the Netflix App, or (b) replace your existing iPad with a much newer or current model that meets the minimum OS requirements.

Many App Developers and service providers only support the current and perhaps one or two preceding major versions of iOS/iPadOS. The Developer determines which versions of their Apps are available for download.

To avoid future occurrence of accidental App deletion by your toddler, consider setting an appropriate restriction in iPad settings:
