Netflix isn’t downloading
It says im all up to date with my iOS but Netflix needs 16 iOS and i only have 15.8 iOS, so how do i download Netflix without any other devices?

I'm afraid your iPad does not support iPadOS 16. You'd have to buy a newer iPad to get the app, or use Netflix on the web.
