iphone crashes when making calls

my phone keeps dying and restarting when I'm making or receiving calls, but not always. I don't know what's wrong and I keep missing phone calls

IPhone 14 Pro freezes on calls Is anyone having issues with the iphone 14 Pro freezing on phone calls? I just bought mine in February 2023 and 9 times it will freeze so I cannot disconnect the call. It is just dark. This is the first time I bought the more expensive phone and now I regret it, my husband and daughter’s new phones never freeze up. 🥲

Also check the battery health percentage, too. A failing battery can crash things.
