my iphone 15pm screen just freezes and unresponsive to touch while getting calls. Cant accept/decline the calls. The screen is still showing the calls, but not responsive to touch until you lock the phone and unlock againThis happens around 50% percent of the time. I have tried reseting the phone. Same issue persists

I have iphone 15 pro that went touch unresponsive after update. Had to take it to support to have it reimaged. Now when i get calls, 50% chance the touch screen is unresponsive so I can’t answer the calls. It is perfectly and always responsive when not receiving call.

I am using 15 plus since may 16th from the first day i am facing the same issue, out of all the calls 20% of calls i am not able to receive , touch screen doesn't work.
