"Unable to access Face ID on a stolen iPhone with open stolen device protection: My face id doesn’t recognise me anymore and my stolen device protection is open ,i cant open some apps because their opening with face id"

Bypassing Face ID:

Apparently, the person added a face, and you cannot get into it. So, you might need to set this to Factory Settings. But, before proceeding that, you should be able to just get around this by resetting the password:

• If you Forgot your iPhone Passcode, uUe your Mac or PC to reset it - Apple Support
• Temporarily use your Old Passcode when you Forget your New Passcode on iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Start here: If an Alert Says Face ID has been Disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

First go to Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Reset Face ID. If that doesn’t work, there may be something wrong with your TrueDepth camera. In which you would need to review the following support articles.
