Is Audible included with my Apple subscription?
I’d read audible was included but I’m not sure how to access it

No. Apple Books and Audible are completely separate things from entirely separate companies.

What Apple Subscription?
Apple has a number of subscriptions for different things, but none that includes audio books. But you can buy and download audiobooks directly from the Books app on your iPhone.
You can also download the Audible app from the App Store if you want to hear books through there.
