Issues with Streaming and Song Availability on Apple Music
Dear Apple Music Support Team,
I am experiencing several issues while using Apple Music, despite being connected to a high-speed Wi-Fi network. The problems include:
- Slow Streaming: Songs often take time to load, and playback frequently slows down or buffers, even when my internet connection is strong and stable.
- Downloaded Songs Delay: Even songs that I have downloaded sometimes take 1-2 minutes to start playing, which defeats the purpose of offline listening.
- Search Issues: I am unable to find certain songs in the search results, such as "I'm Spider-Man" by Hans Zimmer, despite it being a well-known track.
These issues are affecting my overall experience with Apple Music, and I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps to resolve them. Please let me know if there are any fixes or updates that might help improve performance.
