imessage cant text in group chat

Hey yall after i switched over to Verizon, the only group chat I text in…. Well I can’t text in it now. Wanted to know if any of yall can help me since it’s been like this for a week

iMessage group chat only sending at SMS I’m in a group chat with entirely iPhones and for the last 6 months it has been fine texting as iMessage. I updated my phone and now I can’t send anything from my phone at iMessage, only SMS. This is the only group chat it’s happening to. I can send iMessage from my laptop to the same group chat. I’ve tried having someone remove me and re-add me to no avail.

Can’t be added to group chat even though I am using imessage I updated my phone recently and after I did for some reason it began to send texts in sms. I tried to fix this by leaving the gc then rejoining but then when my friends would try to add me back it would say they have to make a new gc. I am able to text through iMessage just fine for all my other contact. I turned off sms and rcs messaging but still I can’t be added back without making a new gc.

Unable to Text in Group Chat I’m in a group chat with 3 other people, but no text box appears for me so I’m unable to reply. All my other group chats, including chats with these same people, are normal and allow me to text and react but this one specific chat won’t let me. I’ve upgraded my phone, signed out of messenger, deleted and recreated contacts, turned on and off cellular data. Nothing seems to be working.

If you are having issues with messages, after transferring over to Verizon, then contact them, asking them why this may be occurring.
