Unable to Text in Group Chat

I’m in a group chat with 3 other people, but no text box appears for me so I’m unable to reply. All my other group chats, including chats with these same people, are normal and allow me to text and react but this one specific chat won’t let me. I’ve upgraded my phone, signed out of messenger, deleted and recreated contacts, turned on and off cellular data. Nothing seems to be working.
