Kernel panics Mac mini 4 Sequoia 15.3

This happens randomly. Primarily overnight. Energy saver is disabled. the screen saver is disabled. External monitor set to sleep internally on the monitor.

Peripherals are HDMI, 2 Thunderbolt 4 hard drives, a USB keyboard and Ethernet to a network. This unit is the main production recorder for a big TV show. Any ideas?

As a test:

Turn On "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off"

Turn Off "Wake for network access"

Set "Turn display off when inactive" to 5 or 10 minutes

Disable the displays timer and only allow the display to turn Off using the Mac mini's timer

Do not manually select computer Sleep from the main Apple Drop Down menu

Only Shut Down the Mac mini, when away for a day or more
