Vertical line on iPhone 16 Pro Max camera

I have come on holiday with a brand new iPhone 16 pro max I bought mid Jan. Theres a vertical line on the back camera in every mode! I have tried everything, turning off always on display, even Apple support and they want me to bring it in as a hardware issue. I’m so annoyed as I love photography and can’t take any nice pictures of the travelling I’m doing. Anyone else experiencing the same? Please help! I’ll try anything at this point.

Apple will need to diagnose this, but it looks like a defective camera module. Slight chance it’s related to the image pipeline or graphics processors.

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
