Dynamic Island camera popping out issue on iPhone 15

I think they mean the spot where the camera is, isn't lining up properly with the Dynamic Island. If you look on the right side at the top, you can see the circle where the camera is is slightly higher than the Dynamic Island.

It's impossible to tell from your photo. The camera in the dynamic island is under the glass. I don't see anything popping out. That said, if you think there is an issue with your phone, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple.

First, try a forced restart. If that doesn't work take it in to the Apple store to have it looked at.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Now I see what you mean. Try the Forced Restart Kurtosis12 suggested, but if that doesn't work, go to the Genius Bar at your Apple Store.
