Mac Mini M4 Pro kernel panic with HDMI

Have a new mini M4 pro and monitor is LG 32UK50T-W which is connected via HDMI.

Every couple of days, the computer will restart because of a kernel panic which seems to be related to the HDMI connection. I've used a thunderbolt to DP which seems to solve the problem, but I would like to keep the thunderbolt ports open for expansion.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

Try the settings below exactly as shown (reboot after changing), might fix.

Also, do not manual Sleep, shut for long absences and let the display switch off on timer during normal use:

(or use Control-Command-Q to immediately lock your screen).
