I can’t find the combine pdfs option on my files app either in the more section or in the share options. I use this feature a lot and need it for most of what I use my iPad for, how do I merge pdfs now?

I haven't used it but here is some information about merge field in
the Pages app :
Files app
What messed me up the first time I tried the instructions is that there are two different icons with three dots. The first one you use is at the top right. The second one is at the bottom right.
