How do I turn off Siri glowing neon edge?

Once you updated to iOS 18 with the new Siri glowing border UI, you cannot revert to the previous Siri UI. The only way I thought of to get rid of it is to turn off Siri entirely. You are also welcome to provide Apple with your feedback here:

I don't see how this new Siri UI affects the functionality at all, in fact Apple made it work even better. I personally like the new looks too.
