Lyca mobile e-sim issue with Iphone 12

A few months ago, I bought a Lyca Mobile eSIM in Denmark, but it frequently loses service and goes to "No Service." I have to restart my phone every time to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m using an iPhone 12.

It happens randomly without any reason, I tried to fix it chatting with the Lyca chat-bot but nothing was resolved.
