I am using iPhone 14 pro max with one physical sim and one eSim. But often SIM goes out of service. After restart it is fixed. need to restart two or three times daily. please help to resolve this issue

To use two different providers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same provider. If a CDMA network provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your network provider for more information.
