Voice over audio Issue in automatic slideshow in Keynotes

I need an automatic presentation without using anything but the video itself. I recorded my voice and tried to animate the slides, but the presentation doesn’t stop until the recording is presented fully. Only the last slide works. I am kind of clueless. I thought this would be a breeze, but now it’s such an annoyance. Please help fast. I need the presentation on Monday. Thanks a lot.

Are you trying to run an audio recording as part of the slide? If so, that's why the transition doesn't work.

It sounds to me like what you want is to use Play -> Record Slideshow or Document Inspector -> Audio -> Record Slideshow

This lets you present the slideshow as if you were presenting normally. It will record the timing, transitions and microphone input (as if you're running a VoiceOver).

Once you complete the presentation you can use Play -> Play Recorded Slideshow to replay the presentation with your VoiceOver.

Is that closer to what you're trying to do?
