Caller ID not Showing
In spite of having Share Name & Photo tuned on for Contacts only.
iPhone 15, iOS 18
Go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID, and make sure it’s on. Then contact your carrier if needed.

Thanks for the suggestion, that did not work.
I ended up with Apple support for about 30 minutes. They suggested deleting my contact info and then reinputting my contact info.
That oddly enough worked.

Well I’m glad that your issue was resolved.
Try resetting by toggling the caller if switch off then on or by hard reset Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If that doesn’t work you may need to create a support ticket.
Thanks for replying Zachary, it is turned on but still doesn’t Display when messaging.
