My iPhone 13 Pro Max stuck in recovery mode during factory reset

I was restoring my iphone 13 pro max to factory and half way through it just stopped and i cant get out of recovery mode. every so often it go off and then right back on to restore. help this is what the screen looked liked at first

then it went to this and has been for 24hours now
