Stuck in recovery mode on iPhone 16 Pro Max!

Locked myself out and thought I could restart my iPhone 16 pro max on window 11 with computer only have 128G. So my new phone is stuck on recovery mode and my services says they can't assist me. How I do reset phone to factory to just be down with it!
