AirPods 4 - very very low call volume on MS Teams on Windows 11
I purchased the AirPods 4 expecting to use them for both work and leisure, but unfortunately, I am very disappointed.
While they connect normally to my Windows laptop and work well for video and audio websites—and even connect to Teams—the speaker does not function properly.
The sound is extremely low, making it nearly impossible to use.
I have searched for solutions but haven’t found any helpful tips to resolve this issue.
I have made several attempts to fix this problem, many of which have been shared in the Apple and Microsoft Community.
One strange issue is that when I connect the AirPods to Teams, the sound is loud for a brief moment but then quickly drops to a very low volume.
While the situation has slightly improved, it is still far from normal. At least now, I can hear the other person—but this is still unacceptable.
It’s frustrating to invest in high-end technology from two of the world’s biggest tech companies, only to find that the headphones simply don’t work properly.
This is a basic function—why is it not working?
Are we, the customers, expected to run countless tests to find a solution on our own?
Where is Apple and Microsoft’s support? How much longer will we have to rely on workarounds?
Apologies if you are not the right person to receive this message, but I am truly disappointed.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
