FCPX to Logic Pro bug. "Entangled", "grouped" regions that come from the same file.

I have a serious problem. I've imported the fcpx file to logic and (got the original files from my collegue). They seem to be referenced correctly, however I noticed that, when a file has been used multiple times (a long monologue take) and cut in different regions on different tracks, it's now suddenly cut exactly the same way, just displaced. What's worse these regions seem to be grouped/entangled together (even if no group is visible). For example I cannot change the length of one, without changing it in every other. It's like Logic is treating them as the EXACT same file.
