Broken screen on brand new iPhone 16 with outer case and screen protector

I finally upgraded to the newest model of the iphone which was a HUGE deal for me. I walked out of the store with the Otter case and screen protector on there....someone helped m put it on. Almost a month later I am looking at my phone - I have never dropped it and take good care of it - and the BOTTOM RIGHT and the BOTTOM LEFT corners are not just scratched but you can feel the screen/glass broken.

Anyone else dealing with this???
