Recovering a deleted phone number from Contacts on iPhone
I’ve deleted someone’s phone number and name by accident. Can I get the number back if I recall the name?

You can restore your contacts from an earlier version that was automatically archived in iCloud. For example, you may wish to restore an earlier version of your contacts to recover some that were accidentally deleted.
