No it wasn’t blocked.. I figured it was a long shot but hey I’m not an expert… thought I’d take a chance and ask. They’re coming up with so many new things… I might be able to do that next wk lol
Then you need to log into your carrier's website and look at your detailed call history. Make a note of the date and time you got the call.

It was listed as Unknown number on my iPhone. I was planning on adding the number to my contacts but unconsciously I deleted it instead.
If you deleted a number from Recents, you'll need to see if you can log into your account on your carrier's website (or app) and see if you can locate the call there.
However, if it showed up as "Unknown" in Recents, you may not be able to add it to contacts as, depending on where you are and who your carrier is, that could mean that the number was blocked.
Thank you all for your help.. I was afraid of that answer lol I get to fast deleting unknown numbers.. this one I actually knew.. oh well maybe someone can help me figure out why I can’t make any outgoing calls Now!!
I must have hit something but I checked airplane mode and DND.. And restarted the phone..
This is not my phone day!
Deleted it from where?
Where did you delete this phone number from? If you happen to delete a contact, you can restore it by going to iCloud.com/recovery > Sign in with your Apple Account > Select Restore Contacts, and choose the most recent archive. Otherwise please specify.

But where was it stored? Was it in Messages? Somewhere else?

It was in my call log.. the call came in.. I was going to save it… but didn’t and accidentally deleted it. It was not in contacts yet.
In that case IdrisSeabright is correct, once deleted from your call log it is no longer on your iPhone. You will have to now contact your carrier as they sometimes have histories of your call log beyond what’s in your iPhone. Plus I just saw your new post in the community regarding you not being able to make calls, now you have two reasons to contact your carrier.

See my previous answer in this thread.
Apparently the “Moderator” RElabeled my question… it *Was Not* in Contacts… it was in my “Recents”!
