Deleted number
I accidentally deleted an important number from my phone. I didn’t have the number saved in contacts yet. I don’t need the messages but I need that number

You have asked us to guess exactly how you got that number. You did refer to messages, so presumably the number is associated with at least one message. Restoring an iPhone backup containing the message would enable you to see the number. You said you don’t need the messages, but that’s irrelevant. You must restore them to retrieve the number this way.
Otherwise, perhaps the number appears in your account information (history) on your cellular carrier’s website.
