Focus mode not turn off silent when you turn the focus off

I added a filter to ‘work’ focus to turn silent mode on during this focus but after turning focus mode off the phone still silent and I have to switch from silent mode manually, is it normal?

If I just want to keep the thing quiet, which one should I use? How can I prevent Silent Mode from disabling automatically on iPhone 16 Pro? After turning on Silent Mode using the Action Button on my iPhone 16 Pro, silent mode will automatically turn off after some time. I am certain that I'm not pressing the Action Button accidentally or disabling Silent Mode any other way manually. I don't use any Focus modes, nor do I have any focus modes set up to activate automatically. This has been occurring on all versions of iOS 18, up to and including the most recent 18.3. It is incredibly frustrating when I get a call blasting at full volume when the phone should have been silent. Any help would be much appreciated. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iOS 18.3.2 update turns off Focus on iPhone iOS update has turned off focus feature and cause some disconnect between quick screen access function and actual settings action. IE., turning on do not disturb via quick screen, did not activate in settings. Seems re activating in settings may be fix. This seems a common issue with particular device as several past updates have caused this malfunction. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Turn off all focus (DND, Driving, Work, Sleep, Personal, Any other). Open the Control center and see if this helps.
