Logic Pro X moving audio files

I have apparently irretrievably lost recordings, because after mixing, and saving, when I reload I get the "audio files not found" warning and whatever I do - search, skip, skip all - the files are either completely different ones (from another song) or out of place, or empty. I've tried everything without success. The problem is that previously I had this problem, but occasionally searching, skipping etc. solved it. I have Logic Pro 10.4.7
