No. Apple has very strict guidelines for which devices can run Apple Intelligence since the model runs mostly on-device (using about 4GB of RAM and your iPhone has 6GB of RAM total). Apple requires 8GB of RAM at least on all devices that support Apple Intelligence, so the iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max and the latest iPhone 16/16 Plus and iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max all come with 8GB of RAM and quite powerful CPUs.

No, it won't. You have to have the 15 Pro or newer, because on the Pro models or any iPhone 16 has 8GB of Ram, which the 15+ doesn't have.
