I’ve been trying to download Microsoft teams on App Store and it say the app can’t be installed on Macintosh HD because of macOS version 13 or later is required…anyone who can help me ASP

macOS 10.15 Catalina as shown in your device line, is older than the required macOS 13 Ventura.
You need to update to macOS 13 if your Mac is capable of running it.
