Apple Card and Savings Account for International Students

Hello. Next academic year I'll be an international student in the US, and I was looking into having my finances organized in Apple services. I'm interested in Apple's Card and Savings Account, as they seem very convenient. Although I'm not sure if they are meant to non-residents or F1 student visa-holders.

I'll appreciate any info regarding what my options are :) .

These are the requirements you need to meet in order to apply for the card.

See if you're eligible

  • To be eligible to apply for Apple Card, you must be 18 years old or older, depending on where you live.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful resident with a valid, physical U.S. address that's not a P.O. Box. You can also use a military address.
  • You need an iPhone or iPad with the latest iOS or iPadOS.
  • You need to be signed in to your Apple Account and use two-factor authentication.
  • If you have a freeze on your credit report, you need to temporarily lift the freeze to apply for Apple Card. Learn how to lift your credit freeze.
  • You might need to verify your identity with a Driver's License or State-issued photo ID.

You should qualify as a legal resident and hopefully you’ll have a physical address. The remaining issue will be obtaining a State issued photo ID or Driver’s License.

You can learn more about applying in the Apple Support article I linked to below.
