Apple Music playlist and favorites not syncing on Windows

I'm using apple music in both my android and windows. Both have the same email id logged, but in windows I am not able to see any playlist and also not seeing favourite section. Some how I access one of my playlist, it iis show an network issue on the screen.

Problem playing on Apple Music in Window 11 I'm signed in to my iTunes and Apple Music apps on Windows 11. My computer is authorized from everywhere. When I select a song in my playlist or in another artist's profile, whether it's Apple Music or iTunes, and press play to listen to it, the song doesn't start. For example, when I press play to start a track in a playlist I made, it scrolls through all the tracks in the queue one by one and returns to the beginning when it finishes scanning the playlist without playing it completely. My Apple Music Playlists are empty on my MacBook Pro. I have Sync Library on, and can see the full playlists on other devices. Can someone help? I'm on the latest version of Sonoma and my iOS device is on the latest version of iOS. I have a playlist full of Apple Music songs that displays empty when I open it on my MacBook, but all the songs are available when I view it from my iOS device. This has affected pretty much all of my playlists, with both music from my library and music from Apple Music. I've ensured my library is syncing and again, I can see all of my music in my playlists on my iOS device. Music Playlists not Syncing with iPad Running MacOS 13.4.1 on my MacBook Pro and iPadOS 16.5.1 on my 7th Generation iPad. Playlists are not syncing from MacBook Pro to iPad.
