iphone 14 pro max problems

I have had my iphone 14 pro max for less than a year and about 3 days ago it started randomly shuting down or restarting and always when I need it. When it starts back up, the battery will sometimes be at 10% when it had maybe 75% before it shut down. It is doing some other weird things too along with this, but this is the most troublesome. It was fine before this and I don't remember dropping it or doing anything to it that could cause this that I can think of. Has anyone had any similar issues? I do take it in and out of the case daily to place it on a wireless charger. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Please try a Force Restart.

  • Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  • Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  • Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo

Also, what is your iPhone battery health at? You can check by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging. Occasional restarting can mean a battery’s capacity has significantly degraded.

Then, make an appointment at your nearest Apple Store’s Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for diagnostics and evaluation.
