When I talk to Apple support, they say no issue all the time, but my mobile heats up so much. sometimes I feel like throw the mobile in bin. So much frustration.
i complained so many times but no results. What should I do now? I am using iPhone from 8 pro max, now it feels like no more iPhone. Please give me suggestions.

Yeah, it'll warm up while charging. They all do. It's caused by the flow of electrons into the battery while charging thus generating heat. The faster the flow of electrons into the battery the more heat is generated. It's the phone that's controlling the charge rate so apparently Apple support is saying the heat generated during charging is within an acceptable range.
That said are you using a proper power adaptor? How do you know it's heating up "too much"? How did you determine that? By a temp gauge? If so what was the result? Simple"feelings" are not an accurate way to measure.
Is your iPhone getting hot enough that it shuts down and a warning appears on the screen?
