Hey, Im trying to play music via airplay on my homepod, but its saying that controls are not available and i can’t do anythong with that. Can someone help? Thankss

I think the latest update has also impacted all of my HomePods. Same situation. Rebooting router, WiFi does not help. Phone running 18.3.1 and HomePods running 18.3.
Settings for HomePod only shows Remove accessory. The Reset function has disappeared.
I’ll try physically unplugging and restarting tomorrow, but everything was working fine until the last update.
If other devices that would expect to have access aren't working what versions of what OS are involved?

They are both on the newest os available. Rn its working but only from my ipad. Im tired of that😭🤣
I have two HomePod minis. The above mentioned problem only occurs on one of them. The other one works fine. I have a blue one and a space gray one. The problem occurs on the blue one.
Mine seem to be working okay as well after updating to 18.4 on the HomePods and my iPhone.
Well, I reset my WAP (wireless access point) and removed and re-added my HomePods, and all (appears) to be well again.
How did you reset your WAP?

And your network allows peer to peer traffic? Assuming you have a dual band access point try temporarily disabling the 5GHz radio in case forcing all the devices to the same band helps.

We are currently only using one band. It is not setup for the dual band.
