iPhone app outline stays visible after switching apps

So my phone won’t close a app it’s not like it’s stuck on the app but when I go into a different app I can still faintly see the outline of the other app I’ve tried powering off and on my phone didn’t work I exited out of the app itself didn’t work I don’t know what to do
