My iPhone dies when battery is at 3%
So, my phone dies at 3%, keeps restarting until it reaches 3% and it also dies at 3%. Sometimes it dies at 10% and under. Can someone help??

What does it show for Battery Health at Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity?
If it is under 80%, it will need to be replaced by Apple or Authorized Apple Service Provider.
