After charging my phone, I used it at 97%. But suddenly, while using it, it just randomly shut down. When i opened it, the battery was on 10%. What may be the cause of it? i’m getting scared…

Specifically what model iPhone, what iOS version and what is the battery health percentage?
It is an iPhone 11. I haven’t updated it and it was on iOS 17. So I’ve updated it to iOS 18.2 because i thought maybe that was the reason why my phone just suddenly died. I don’t think the battery health percentage was the issue too because mine is just at 89%.
