my phone was stolen from me for 8month and they stolen all of my data on my phone and change it to some thing else . icloud data ultility data returning with brand new back up with all trash file . can it be recovery ? i have keychain in my account .
that it all the data been compomise , in app data all backed up on icloud and can be ... by keychain .

Keychain is just a list of your passwords. If photos are gone from icloud and from all your devices then they are gone.
someone must use the keychain to change some of the stuff on the go my phone ( phone password being compomise ) just don't care about the online thing , only with the offline data ( file , calendar , photo , offline app data ) . can it be reverse to the older back up file ? one that does not have those change ?
i back up everything on icloud
