Cannot Purchase Movies on AppleTV

I have been trying to purchase a movie via AppleTV but I keep geting the message: Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. Contact Apple Support to complete this transaction. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Why is it suddenly almost impossible to buy movies on Apple TV. There isn’t even an option button on most movies to buy or rent. Any suggestions? I have a Toshiba tv, and was able to purchase movies just a week ago. Even when I use my iPad, I have the same problem

Movie bought before 2015 with old CreditCard (living in the USA) not showing on Apple TV (now living in Europe) Hi, All the movies I bought while living in Washington DC (until 2015) are not showing on Apple TV. Why can’t I download purchased movies on Apple TV? I’ve purchased movies in Apple TV app (Frozen, Frozen II, etc). They can be streamed but it cannot be downloaded.
