I have a Toshiba tv, and was able to purchase movies just a week ago. Even when I use my iPad, I have the same problem

I have the same issue with my iPad, iPhone and Apple TV. You can sometimes get the buy to show up if you keep going in and out of the movie selection

Why is it suddenly almost impossible to buy movies on Apple TV. There isn’t even an option button on most movies to buy or rent. Any suggestions?
